Specific Procedures for Claim Collection
1.General Approach
In conducting claim collection, the RCC strives to ensure appropriate recovery by fully understanding the actual circumstances of debtors and related parties.
Given that the majority of the RCC's debtors lost their primary financial counterparties due to the failure of financial institutions, the RCC endeavors, with respect to honest and sincere debtors, to obtain accurate disclosure of their financial conditions through discussions and to carry out careful and thorough collection procedures, while also supporting the maintenance of their livelihoods and the rehabilitation and continuation of their businesses.
On the other hand, the RCC takes strict measures, including legal actions, against malicious debtors who conceal assets or fail to repay debts, as well as against antisocial forces.
