Debt Collection

Based on our agreement with the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Japan, as a team of recovery professionals we aim to accomplish appropriate collection by taking into full consideration each debtor's circumstances and handling each and every case with great care and attention.

Business Revitalization Support

Through business revitalization initiatives, including the "RCC Corporate Revitalization Scheme" and the modification of loan terms, we contribute to the revitalization of regional economies, the preservation of employment, and the support of debtors' livelihoods, as well as the restoration and continuation of their businesses.

Purchase / Collection of Anti-Social Forces

We purchase claims in order to sever relationships between financial institutions and anti-social forces, thereby maintaining the soundness of financial institutions, and conduct strict recovery of the acquired claims, including through legal measures.

Pursuit of Civil Liability and Filing Criminal Complaints

We rigorously pursue civil and criminal liability of former management involved in cases that led to the failure of financial institutions, and file criminal complaints against criminal acts committed by malicious debtors and other parties.

Capital Participation

Based on our agreement with the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Japan, we carry out operations to strengthen the functions of financial institutions, including underwriting shares using public funds and exercising shareholder rights.
