Accumulation and Transfer of Expertise on Claim Collection
The RCC has brought together various experts to carry out operations related to claim collection and the pursuit of liabilities, and has worked to accumulate and pass on expertise in these areas.
Following its establishment, the RCC recognized the importance of being acknowledged as a "professional group in collection" and undertook company-wide efforts to enhance its staff skills. These efforts included establishing a "Collection Training School" for all collection personnel, implementing certification examinations, holding corporate rehabilitation seminars and training programs, and sharing case studies through meetings and other forums.
At present, the RCC continues to implement initiatives such as "Basic Collection Training," "Case Study Workshops," and "Business Rehabilitation Training" to further accumulate and transfer operational know-how.
