| Tokyo / Osaka Business Division | To handle loan management, debt collection, and corporate revitalization support, our company has set up three key divisions; the Tokyo Business Division, the Osaka Business Division and the Special Collection Office. | |

| Tokyo / Osaka Special Business Division | Our company has established the Tokyo Special Business Division and Osaka Special Business Division to handle the purchase (only in the Tokyo office) and the management and collection of anti-social receivables. "Anti- social receivables" refer to claims classified as especially difficult to collect specifically, those purchased from credit companies or similar entities using servicing functions, where the debtor is identified as being affiliated with anti-social groups. |

| Business Revitalization | We observe the Corporate Revitalization Support Office, which is engaged in trust-based corporate restructuring and revitalization of assigned claims, and the Trust Administration Office, which is responsible for handling trust-related operations. | |
| Internal Audit | The Internal Audit is responsible for formulating and implementing basic policies for operational audits. | |
| Risk Management | The Risk Management Department is responsible for compliance and risk management functions, and oversees both the Compliance Office and the Consultation Office. | |
| Client Service Office | In order to further ensure fair and appropriate business operations, Consultation Offices have been established in Tokyo and Osaka to respond to requests, complaints, and inquiries from debtors and other stakeholders. | |
| Business Planning Department | The department is responsible for planning and formulating strategies related to organizational structure and business operations, as well as handling finance and accounting tasks. We also oversee several specialized offices, including : -the financial Facilitation Planning Office, which develops policies related financial institution; -the Legal Affairs Support Office, which assists departments dealing with matters; -the Special Measures Office, which manages criminal complaint-related matters. -the International Affairs office, which manages international related operations; -the Bridge Bank Operations Office, which deals with operations related to successor banks; -the IT Systems Office, which plans, operates, and manages our internal systems; and -the Deposit Management Office, which oversees deposit-related operations. |
