Claims Against Anti-Social Forces Utilizing Servicer Functions
Among the specified monetary claims set forth in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Claim Management and Collection Business, we handle, as eligible claims, those that are equivalent to the "claims with particular difficulty in collection" as defined in Article 101-2, Paragraph 1 of the Deposit Insurance Act, and for which there exist special circumstances that may make it difficult for financial institutions, etc. to take the necessary measures normally required for collection.
We purchase such claims or undertake their management and collection on behalf of others.
In collecting these claims, the RCC, in consideration of the nature of such claims, deals severely with anti-social forces and malicious debtors, making use of the full range of available legal measures.
